Antonio Delgado is an advocate for environmental justice in Upstate New York, where he was born and raised.
Delgado, who earned a Rhodes Scholarship to Oxford and attended Harvard Law School, is an entrepreneur who founded Statik Entertainment, an organization that seeks to empower youth to political activism through media, creative writing and other outlets. Later, he went on to work as a Litigation Associate in the law offices of Brian D. Witzer and as counsel for Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld.
As a representative, Delgado will fight to protect Upstate New York’s immense natural resources and waterways. He is a champion for clean water and will advocate for the creation of clean energy jobs and a transition to a green economy.
Delgado joins the U.S. House after defeating Representative John Faso, who earned a lifetime score of 34% on LCV’s National Environmental Scorecard.
